The short answer
To compare at-home toxin tests, check which exposure groups each one covers, which samples it uses, who analyzes them and what support follows the result. Intrinsic Prism ($1,999 per participant) covers heavy metals, mycotoxins, environmental chemicals, glyphosate, PFAS and detox genetics in one order, analyzed by a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited US laboratory.
Compare at-home toxin tests by the categories each one actually measures, then by sample type. In the dated table below, three urine panels (Intrinsic Prism, RealTime All-Tox and US BioTek MOE-Tox) list heavy metals, mycotoxins and environmental chemicals including glyphosate in one order; Intrinsic Prism also includes a blood PFAS panel and detox genetics, and US BioTek lists 3 PFAS plus 120+ organic acids. Single-category tests such as Million Marker (plastic chemicals), empowerDX (PFAS), Mosaic MycoTOX (mold toxins) and Doctor’s Data or Quicksilver (metals) cover one area.[T7][T12][T13][T8][T2][T9][T1][T11]
Table re-checked November 1, 2026. Sources for every cell are listed under the table.
In our dated comparison of 11 tests, Intrinsic Prism is the only one that lists heavy metals, mycotoxins, environmental chemicals, glyphosate, PFAS and detox genetics in one order. See the markers by category table below.
Test by category
Looking at one exposure group? Start with its own page.
- Mold: mycotoxin urine test (29 mold toxins)
- Heavy metals: heavy metal test kit (20 metals)
- PFAS: PFAS testing at home and the PFAS blood test
- Plastics: microplastics and plastic chemicals (BPA, phthalates) and the plastic chemicals test
- Pesticides: pesticide exposure test
- Everything in one order: environmental toxin test (133+ markers)
- Widest coverage: most comprehensive toxin test (what to compare)
- Common questions: is a PFAS blood test worth it?, are microplastics blood tests accurate? and glyphosate test cost
- Alternatives: mycotoxin urine test alternatives and PFAS test alternatives
Markers by category: 11 tests compared
The same categories for every test: heavy metals, mycotoxins, environmental chemicals (including BPA and phthalates), glyphosate, PFAS and detox genetics, then HSA/FSA statement and sample types.
Multi-category panels first, then single-category tests. This is not a ranking, and it was prepared by Intrinsic Prism, so our own package is included. Counts are the provider’s own published counts or the markers named on its page; categories are grouped by us so the rows can be compared.

A defined comparison, not a ranking
The side-by-side table below is a selected comparison of four offers from the 11 tests above, prepared by Intrinsic Prism and including our own package. It is not an independent endorsement or a complete market survey.
Intrinsic Prism information is based on its official pages, re-checked November 1, 2026.[1][2] Competitor information is based on their official pages, re-checked November 1, 2026.
A laboratory panel and a retail package with guidance are different purchases. Compare the named offer rather than assuming matching bundles.
The offers side by side
Order is not a ranking; each row says what the offer is best for. Read scope, specimen and follow-up together. A feature not established in this dated source set is not proof that the provider never offers it.
| Offer | Scope and specimens | Follow-up and context | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| RealTime All-Tox ProfileCombined laboratory panelsOfficial source | Four panels covering mycotoxins, glyphosate/AMPA, metals/minerals and environmental chemicals.[7] SpecimenA single urine specimen for all four panels.[7] | The page advises review with a qualified healthcare provider; an included consultation is not established in this product-page capture.[7] | urine-only mycotoxin and environmental panels, including glyphosate/AMPA |
| Intrinsic PrismComplete testing-and-guidance packageOfficial source | 133+ toxin and detox markers across mycotoxins, heavy metals, environmental toxins, PFAS chemicals and toxin genetics.[2] SpecimenUrine for many toxin markers; blood or serum for included PFAS chemistry; DNA for selected inherited variants.[2] | AI analytics, detailed explanations with potential causes, a personalized protocol and 24/7 guidance; clinician-reviewed result flags.[1][2] | broadest single at-home panel |
| Million Marker Exposure TestChemical-exposure kitOfficial source | 13 hormone-disrupting chemical metabolites, with named bisphenol, paraben, phthalate and oxybenzone coverage.[6] SpecimenMail-in urine collection kit.[6] | Personalized lifestyle recommendations; the product is framed as general wellness, not diagnosis, treatment or cure.[6] | plastic and personal-care chemicals only |
| Mosaic TOXDetect ProfileEnvironmental-chemical profileOfficial source | 27 metabolites measured using LC-MS/MS.[5] This is not the separate EnviroTOX combination. SpecimenOne urine sample.[5] | Written report interpretations and complimentary clinical-educator consultations for qualified practitioners; patients are encouraged to discuss results with their practitioner.[5] | practitioner-ordered environmental-chemical profile |
How we chose: we included at-home or mail-in tests whose providers publish what they measure, and compared them only on published scope, sample type and results support, re-checked November 1, 2026. We did not compare prices.
Differences worth noticing
Mosaic: TOXDetect is the environmental-chemical profile shown here, not the separate EnviroTOX Complete + Metals combination.[5] Mosaic's complimentary educator consultations are described for qualified practitioners, not as an included consumer clinician visit.[5]
Million Marker: the captured page describes ordinary online availability in the United States except New York, Rhode Island, Maryland and New Jersey, with a practitioner-contact route for those states.[6]
RealTime: the page contains both approximately 14 business days and 7-10 business days for results.[7] It also uses differing wording for its mycotoxin total, so this comparison does not calculate a new combined analyte count.[7]
For head-to-head comparisons, see Intrinsic Prism vs Everlywell and Intrinsic Prism vs empowerDX.
More one-to-one comparisons cover Quicksilver Scientific’s blood metals and mercury testing, Doctor’s Data toxic metals testing, the Million Marker Exposure Test and RealTime Labs mycotoxin testing.
Four questions before choosing
- Which question matters to you? Name the exposure category and what you would do with the result.
- What is in the actual order? Compare included components, specimens and optional additions, not headline totals.
- What is the complete purchase? Consider collection, memberships, interpretation and follow-up.
- What does support mean? Distinguish a report, lifestyle recommendations, practitioner education and direct clinical care.
These are buyer questions, not claims that any listed provider lacks a service.
Measurement and health are different questions
CDC explains that measuring a chemical in blood or urine does not by itself establish disease or an adverse effect.[8]
For PFAS specifically, ATSDR says blood results do not predict or rule out future health problems or provide treatment information on their own.[9]

How to order the Intrinsic Prism test
The Intrinsic Prism Comprehensive Toxin Test is $1,999 per participant, one-time.
- Order online. Enter the participant and shipping details, review the required agreements, and complete secure checkout.
- Kit ships within 24 hours. Your at-home collection kit is sent to you.
- Collect at home. Follow the kit instructions for each sample: urine, blood or serum, and DNA.
- Courier pickup. A courier picks up the prepared kit and takes it to the laboratory.
- Results, protocol and guidance. Your report adds AI analytics, explanations with potential exposure sources, a personalized protocol and 24/7 guidance.
Limitations: a single sample is a snapshot of recent exposure; urine results depend on hydration and timing, which is why labs adjust for creatinine; reference ranges for many chemicals come from population surveys such as CDC's NHANES, not disease cut-offs; and urine mycotoxin testing is still debated.
Not FDA-cleared; educational, not a diagnosis. For an honest look at what any at-home panel can and can't tell you, read Are at-home toxin tests legit?
